A realized vision— that is how the story of 1931 & Co. began. From an idea cultivated with passion and cultured by experiences and shared principles, 1931 & Co. is brought to existence by a group of like-minded individuals headed by husband-and-wife team, Hans and Amica Ngo. The name 1931 was inspired by the Unit No. 1931, which was their first property investment as Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) in Singapore. The unit served as their incubator for conceptualizing their first business venture after Hans’ 10-year run as a Senior Designer for W. Atelier Pte Ltd (under the TOTO group) and Amica’s 10-year run as a Marketing and Business Development Specialist.

Dating back to 2015, Unit 1931 was first leased through AirBnb out of curiosity. Not long after, the unit’s unprecedented returns, positive reviews and established networks would later inspire the couple to take the opportunity further, especially after friends and acquaintances shared the interest in earning from what they considered as their “sleeping” investments. The positive experience led the couple to finally come back home and plant their roots in Manila to explore new opportunities in their home country’s ever-growing shared economy.

Today, 1931 & Co. opens its door of opportunities to serve property and business owners in the areas of Property Management and Maintenance, Project Management, Interior Design & Fit Out, Marketing and Business Development.
